Las Vegas, Nevada – December 1, 2025 – Hotel Communications Network (HCN) is set to debut its expanded guest engagement platform at the Nevada Hotel & Lodging Association (NHLA) Technology Conference on December 3. This presentation follows HCN’s recent acquisition of Crave Interactive, which has integrated two major technology stacks to create a comprehensive digital ecosystem for the guest room.
The combined platform’s core offering is an AI-powered in-room tablet that functions as an interactive, revenue-driving hub.
Key Technology Features:
The platform, which is being marketed as a total digital concierge solution, will highlight several technology ‘firsts’ designed to personalize the guest stay and automate operations:
- Agentic AI Concierge: A human-like, multilingual, and voice-enabled AI assistant that offers natural, always-available interaction, moving beyond simple chatbots to handle complex guest requests.
- Mobile Mirroring: The platform is engineered to instantly mirror in-room tablet content to guests’ mobile phones via a QR-based solution. This allows guests to take the AI Concierge with them to use as a personal assistant for services both on and off-site throughout their stay.
- Enhanced Integration: The merged technology stack now enables more sophisticated in-room personalization and offers broader integration options with critical hotel systems, including PMS, POS, and guest messaging systems.
- Content & Services: The system includes new media and entertainment integrations, such as access to free global magazines via Zinio and 20 channels of licensed music from Stingray. It also features a fully hosted, outsourced digital dining platform for ordering from local, hotel-curated restaurants.
HCN VP of Sales Bob Tomko emphasized that the tablets transform the guest journey, giving travelers complete mobility to personalize their stays from check-in to check-out and empowering hotels to deliver high-impact services without the operational strain of traditional models.
The company plans to announce additional partner programs soon, including ticketing for major events, local shopping directories, and AI-powered itinerary planning.
