The guestroom tablets are networked throughout the hotel providing the guest with access to hotel services, city directories, maps, Internet browsing, email, and also featuring the ultimate in convenience with an automated in-room dining application making meal selection a fun and effortless experience.
All Nikko guests are welcomed on the tablet by name and a quick survey on the tablet asks them if everything is perfect in the room ensuring an immediate problem resolution and a happy stay for the guest. HCN will soon be adding a “Live Chat” feature expanding on immediate problem resolution and adding the ability to request services and information from the concierge, valet, housekeeping, front desk and maintenance from the comfort of their room.
Groups booked at the Nikko will be welcomed to their event and will have their meeting agendas, seminar information, exhibit floorplans and other vital event information available on screen. Group organizers can also use the screen for sponsorship advertising opportunities. This personalized guest attendee experience is unique and exclusive to the HCN screens.
